Thank you for purchasing your ticket to attend the 2021 Annual Royal Thomain Stag Night in Melbourne. We have attached your allocated 8 tickets. As you would appreciate a number of restrictions have been placed on the venue and us due to the covid environment that we are currently living in.
All tickets must be shown at the front desk to enter the premises. You could either print each ticket and show the hard copy at the desk or alternatively have the ticket on your mobile device and scan at the desk to gain entry. Each ticket contains a unique number that can be used only once; therefore, please ensure that you are using the ticket allocated to you. It is your responsibility to ensure your guests are holding their unique tickets. You will not be allowed to enter the event without a valid ticket. Please be mindful of this when distributing the tickets to your guests. We have a strict obligation to ensure that we do not exceed the numbers allowed under the COVID restrictions placed on the venue. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
In order to comply with Covid 19 record keeping requirements, the venue will be using an electronic record keeping service (QR code) at the entrance. You must sign in using the QR code before you enter the function.
Please refer to the attached document for government advice on Covid 19. It is very important to be familiar about the covid 19 safety practices that apply to this event.
Furthermore, at the event, there will be a raffle draw with tickets priced at $5 each. Only a limited number of tickets will be on sale, and the winner will be drawn out on the night. You can find out more details about the raffle and purchase raffle tickets at the front desk.
