The 82 group could not meet up for a long time due to COVID-19. However, Chulan came up with the bright idea of having a get-together, and he organised the function in double-quick time. As usual, Lal was so generous to offer his indoor cricket centre as the venue.
Mr. W.A.Wickramasena was born on 22nd April 1939. He had his entire education at Nalanda College,Colombo. He was the first and only student in the first batch to be graduated with a first upper in Music at the State College of Fine Arts in 1958 and subsequently joined the Royal College Staff as a Music Teacher in 1959.

Mr. Sunimal Silva (T.M.S.K.N. Silva) was born on February 14th, 1943 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Vidyodaya University (now the University of Sri Jayawardenepura) in 1969. He started his 40 years of teaching career from the Arthadassi Vidyalaya, Gonakowila. After serving at a few other schools in rural Sri Lanka, Mr. Silva joined Royal College, Colombo 7 in 1973 and continued to serve there for 30 years until his retirement.
We, the old boys of the Royal College Colombo, 82 Group, after leaving our great school went on our own directions. Members of our group migrated to all parts of the world. Some settled in Sri Lanka and the others settled in different parts of the world.
